I just want to start by saying that I never write reviews. However, I was so impressed with the quality of service that Big G's provided I felt inclined to do so. Big G's kept their promise to have my car finished on Thursday, September 13th. I dropped my car off at 2 pm. My car ended up having a lot of unforseen issues which prolonged the length of the job and Big G's closes at 6pm. They easily could have closed up shop at 6 and finished my car the next day. I would have definitely understood. Instead, they stayed and finished the job to keep their promise to me. They ended up keeping the shop open until after 9 pm just to finish the job for me! I can almost guarantee any shop in Salt Lake City would have just closed up and finished the next day. This, to me, is what sets them apart from the rest. If what they did wasn't awesome enough, they then only charged me for how long the projected job should have taken, and not the full seven hours. I left there that night paying HUNDREDS less than I had anticipated, it was amazing! They have a customer for life as a result of this experience. Also, I need to note that I live in Salt Lake City. Big G's shop is two hours away in Manti. The drive is more than worth the kind of expertise, service, and value you will receive. Thanks Big G, you guys rock!!!!
